MBC is one of the largest wholesale distributors of hearing aid batteries in the world and has been in business since 1989. We deal directly with every manufacturer. This enables us to provide extremely competitive prices to consumers and wholesalers anywhere in the world. Nobody knows hearing aid batteries better than us.
Hearing Aid Battery Shop Shipping Information
SHIPPING IS FREE, on all orders to all countries. Expedited and Express shipping is available for an additional cost. We use the U.S. Postal Service, and UPS. Orders under 13 ounces ship free via USPS First Class (International). Orders over 13 ounces ship free via USPS Priority Mail (International). UPS ground may be used in USA for the delivery of larger orders. We strive to maintain all items in stock and ship most orders the same day or the next business day. We ship 6 days per week. For international orders, a customs declaration form accompanies the parcel and customers may be required to pay customs duties upon receipt of their package. Many countries have duty exemptions for small value parcels and some countries are duty-exempt for hearing aid batteries. Customers will be billed the shipping cost for returned or rejected packages. Transit times within the USA are 1-7 days for USPS First Class and 1-3 days for USPS Priority Mail. Transit times for international destinations are approxiately 7-18 days, although for some countries such as Italy, Brasil, and others, delivery time may take longer. Hearing Aid Battery Product Returns
We have a generous return policy. Any product may be returned for credit or refund within 90 days of purchase. If product is returned due to defect or delivery error, we will reimburse the customer the return shipping cost. If the product is returned due to any other reason, the customer is required to pay the return shipping and will be charged the cost of the original outbound shipping. Customers must receive a Return Authorization prior to returning any product.
